This project was meant to find a topic of investigation, something that was close or personal to ourselves. It required plenty of research and finding different resources to have a well-rounded project. After doing research, we had to figure out what our unique selling point was and what deliverables we could use to represent our topic.

The concept behind this project was to design deliverables for scared children. Nyctophobia is a fear of the dark, and this fear is the most common in children. Instead of trying to solve the solution of ridding their fear, this project is meant to scare them even more. I wanted to design a toy that scares them at night, known as Scary Teddy. I designed a small book that talks about the topic and shows interviews from different people who are affected by this fear. And lastly I designed a poster and a short video advertising this project and brand: Dark Dreams.
